The TLP5701(TP.E(T is a high-speed photocoupler in a SO6 package. It consists of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode optically coupled to an integrated high gain, high-speed photodetector IC chip. This photocoupler is designed for high-speed logic interface applications.
