Description

The TNY275G is an energy-efficient, off-line switcher IC from Power Integrations' TinySwitch-III family. This IC integrates a 700V power MOSFET, oscillator, high-voltage switched current source, current limit and thermal shutdown circuitry onto a monolithic device. It's designed for power supplies ranging up to 12W in adapter applications and up to 16W in open frame applications.
