Description

The DM74LS154J is a 4-line to 16-line Decoder/Demultiplexer. It is part of the 74LS (Low-power Schottky) series of TTL integrated circuits. This device accepts four binary address inputs (A0-A3) and decodes them to select one of sixteen mutually exclusive outputs (Y0-Y15). The device also features two active-low enable inputs (G1 and G2), which must both be low for the decoder to be active.
