The DIO6810 series are micro-processor (μP)supervisory circuits used to monitor thepowersupplies in μP and digital systems. Theyprovideexcellent circuit reliability and lowcost byeliminating external components.These circuits perform a single function: theyassert a reset signal whenever the VCCsupplyvoltage rises above a preset threshold, keepingitasserted for at least 140 ms after VCC hasrisenabove the reset threshold.The DIO6810 has CMOS outputs. The DIO6810hasan active-high RESET output. Theresetcomparator is designed to ignore fast transientson VCC, and the outputs are guaranteedtobeinthecorrect logic state for VCC down to 1.0Voverthetemperature range.The device is available in 3 pin SOT-23andSOT-23-3L package.
