SNJ54LS123FK devices are dc-triggered, dual retriggerable monostable multivibrators. The output pulse width can be programmed using external timing components (R_EXT and C_EXT), allowing flexibility across a wide range of application values. Each multivibrator can be used with any appropriate external capacitor; if desired, no dc retriggering is required and the basic pulse width may be extended by applying retriggering inputs. Pulse duration can be increased by retriggering the device at either the A input (negative-edge triggered) or the B input (positive-edge triggered), or it can be reduced by using the overriding clear function.
