The SN74LVC573ADGVR from Texas Instruments is a high-performance, octal transparent D-type latch with 3-state outputs designed for 2-V to 3.6-V VCC operation. This integrated circuit is part of the LVC family, which is known for its low-voltage operation and high-speed interface technology. It is particularly suitable for implementing buffer registers, I/O ports, bidirectional bus drivers, and working registers in a wide range of digital applications.

With its 8-bit data storage capability, the device allows data on the D inputs to be stored in the latches on a low-to-high transition of the clock (CLK) input. When LE is low, the Q outputs will hold the last data presented before the transition of LE.
