STMicroelectronics M48T12-200PC1 Timekeeper SRAM

The M48T12-200PC1 is a 16 Kbit 2Kb x8 TIMEKEEPER® Static RAM from STMicroelectronics, which integrates a high-performance CMOS static RAM with a built-in real-time clock/calendar (RTC) and a power-fail control circuit. This innovative product is designed to maintain accurate timekeeping while providing the reliability and access speed of static RAM for data storage. It is widely used in applications that require a dependable non-volatile memory with a built-in timekeeping function, such as embedded systems, industrial controllers, and utility meters.

The device operates on a 4.5 to 5.5 V supply voltage, ensuring compatibility with standard 5V systems.
