The NXP 74HCT4053PW-Q100 is a high-speed Si-gate CMOS device that is pin compatible with the HEF4053B but has a wider voltage range. It features three independent 2-channel analog multiplexers/demultiplexers with a common select logic. Each multiplexer/demultiplexer has two independent inputs/outputs (nY0 and nY1), a common input/output (nZ), and three digital select inputs (nS0, nS1, and nE). With its broad VCC range of 2.0V to 6.0V, it is suitable for interfacing with TTL levels (4.5V to 5.5V).
