Product Description
The 74HC273D consists of eight edge-triggered, D-type flip-flops with individual D inputs and Q outputs. The common clock (CP) and master reset (MR) inputs load and reset all flip-flops simultaneously. The set-up and hold times are sufficient to ensure reliable operation even at high speeds. When the master reset input is high, all Q outputs are low, and when it is low, the data on the D inputs are transferred to the Q outputs on the rising edge of the clock pulse. This device is fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology which ensures low power consumption and high noise immunity characteristic of CMOS integrated circuits, as well as the ability to drive 15 LSTTL loads.
