The SN74LV573ADWR is a high-performance integrated circuit (IC) developed by the leading semiconductor manufacturer, Texas Instruments. This product is a part of the 74LV series and is renowned for its exceptional performance and reliability.

This device is an octal transparent D-type latch designed with 3-state outputs. It is designed to have the capability to drive directly 15 LSTTL loads. The 3-state outputs are controlled by the output-enable (OE) input. When OE is low, the outputs are in the normal binary state; when OE is high, the outputs are in the high-impedance state. This high impedance state is used to disable the outputs so they effectively become disconnected from the bus.

Manufactured using advanced CMOS technology, the SN74LV573ADWR provides very high speed and significantly reduced power consumption. It operates at a wide voltage range of 2 V to 5.5 V, making it suitable for a variety of applications.

One of the key features of this IC is its latch-up performance which exceeds 250 mA per JESD 17. The IC also supports a maximum tpd of 4.5 ns at 3.3 V and 50 pF. The package for this IC is the standard SOIC (Small Outline Integrated Circuit) with 20 pins.
