The SN74LV373ARGYR is equipped with eight latches that hold the data at their outputs when the latch-enable (LE) input is high. The data is transferred to the outputs when the LE goes low. The latches are transparent to the data when LE is high, and the data appears at the outputs in real-time. When the output-enable (OE) input is high, the outputs are in a high-impedance state, which is ideal for interfacing with bus lines in a bus-organized system.
