Description

The LM3526M-H from Texas Instruments is a high-performance, dual port USB power switch and over-current protection device.

  • Power Switches: Two 0.5A (minimum) current-limited P-channel MOSFET high-side power switches.
  • Current Limit Threshold: Programmable
  • Fault Flag: Notifies the system when an over-current condition, thermal shutdown, or under-voltage lockout occurs.
  • Thermal Shutdown Protection: Automatically shuts down the power switches when the junction temperature exceeds a preset threshold.
  • Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO): Ensures that the device operates only when the supply voltage is within a specified range.
  • Package: 16-pin HTSSOP PowerPAD package
  • Operating Temperature Range: -40°C to 125°C
