Description

The IXYS IAD112N is a high-performance multifunction telecom switch designed for use in a variety of applications. This switch is designed with bidirectional current sensing and switching and an optocoupler. With a power rating of 1W, the IAD112N can operate over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The IAD112N is supplied in a 16-SOIC package and is mounted using SMD (SMT) technology. Supply and demand status for this product is sufficient.
