Description

The Intersil HIN232ACBNZ-T is a full-duplex RS232 transceiver that operates on a single 5V power supply. It is designed to meet the requirements of EIA/TIA-232-F and ITU recommendation V.28. The device has two drivers and two receivers, and provides a data rate of up to 230kbps. The receiver hysteresis is 500mV, and the device is designed to operate in the temperature range of 0°C to 70°C. The HIN232ACBNZ-T is available in a 16-SOIC package and is suitable for use in consumer electronics, portable devices, computers and computer peripherals, communications and networking, and power management applications.
