Description

The HIN202CBN-T is a transceiver designed by Intersil, ideal for RS232 protocol. This obsolete (EOL) device has a full duplex with two drivers and two receivers. It operates with a data rate of 120Kbps and a supply voltage ranging from 4.5V to 5.5V. It comes in a 16-SOIC package and operates in a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C.
