Description

The TC74VHC373FS is a high-speed CMOS Octal D-Type Latch with 3-State Outputs manufactured by Toshiba Semiconductor and Storage. This device features eight D-type latches with individual outputs that can be enabled or disabled using a common output enable (OE) input. The VHC family provides high speed and low power dissipation.

Additional Details

The TC74VHC373FS consists of eight D-type latches, each with an individual output. When the latch enable (LE) input is high, the output follows the D input. When LE transitions low, the output is latched and remains constant regardless of changes on the D input. The output enable (OE) input controls the state of the outputs; when OE is low, the outputs are enabled, and when OE is high, the outputs are in a high-impedance state. This allows multiple devices to share a bus.
