Product Description: Texas Instruments SN74LVTH16646DGGR
The SN74LVTH16646DGGR from Texas Instruments is a high-performance, 16-bit bus transceiver and register specifically designed for low-voltage (3.3-V) VCC operation, but with the capability to provide a TTL interface to a 5-V system environment.
This device is a member of the Texas Instruments Widebus™ family. It can be used as two 8-bit transceivers or one 16-bit transceiver. The device allows data transmission from the A bus to the B bus or from the B bus to the A bus, depending upon the logic levels at the direction-control (DIR) inputs. The output-enable (OE) inputs can disable the device so the buses are effectively isolated.
The 74LVTH16646 is characterized for operation from -40°C to 85°C.
