One of the key features of the DAC7654YCT is its outstanding linearity, with a typical integral nonlinearity (INL) of ±4 LSB and differential nonlinearity (DNL) of ±2 LSB. For enhanced reliability, the DAC7654YCT includes a power-on reset circuit that ensures the DAC output powers up to zero scale or mid-scale and remains there until a valid write to the device occurs. Additionally, the device features a clear function that immediately sets all DAC outputs to zero scale or mid-scale, depending on the configuration.

Available in a compact 38-lead TSSOP (Thin Shrink Small Outline Package), the DAC7654YCT is designed for space-constrained applications and operates over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +105°C.
