Description

The LTA1817 is a high-performance, low-cost, dual conversion IF subsystem designed for use in digital cellular and cordless telephone applications. It consists of a double balanced mixer, an LO buffer amplifier, and a pair of IF amplifiers. The LTA1817 is designed to operate with a single supply voltage of 5V and consumes only 50mA of current. It is available in a small, 16-pin SOIC package.
