Description

The Littelfuse Inc. 1048554 is a standard recovery SCR with an off-state voltage of 800V and an on-state current of 35A (AV) and 55A (RMS). This SMD (SMT) device has a TO-263-3, D²Pak (2 Leads + Tab), TO-263AB package and a maximum operating temperature of -40°C to 125°C.
