The IDT7201S120P is a low-power, 2048 x 9-bit dual-port static RAM, organized as 256 x 9-bit words. It is designed to be used as a stand-alone 512 x 9-bit dual-port RAM or as a combination MASTER/SLAVE dual-port RAM for 16-bit-or-more word systems. The device is fabricated using IDT's high-performance CMOS technology. The IDT7201S120P is ideally suited for 16-bit-or-more microprocessor systems requiring a minimum of 512 words of dual-port RAM. The device also provides two chip enables for easy interfacing with multiple bus systems. The IDT7201S120P is packaged in a 44-pin PLCC package for use in surface mount applications.
