Description

The TC74VHCT32AFT(EL) is a high-speed CMOS quad 2-input OR gate fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. This device achieves high-speed operation similar to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining CMOS low power dissipation. It is designed for use in a wide range of digital logic applications, particularly where the OR function is needed.
