The TC74VHC257FT is an advanced high-speed CMOS quad 2-channel multiplexer fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. It achieves high-speed operation similar to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining CMOS low power dissipation.  This device selects four bits of data from two sources under control of a common Select input (SEL). The selected data appears at the four outputs (Y1-Y4).
