Description

The TC74ACT373FW is an octal D-type transparent latch with 3-state outputs. This device features eight D-type latches with a common latch enable (LE) input and eight 3-state outputs. When LE is high, the Q outputs follow the data (D) inputs. When LE goes low, the data that was present at the D inputs at the time of the transition is latched and held at the Q outputs. The output enable (OE) input controls the 3-state outputs; when OE is low, the outputs are enabled, and when OE is high, the outputs are in a high-impedance state.
