The SN74LV373ATDBR latch is designed for high-speed, low-voltage operation, with an operating voltage range of 2V to 5.5V. It features eight D-type latches with 3-state outputs, allowing for easy interface with bus-oriented systems. When the latch-enable (LE) input is high, the Q outputs follow the data (D) inputs. When LE is taken low, the Q outputs are latched at the levels set up at the D inputs.
A clear (CLR) input is also provided to directly clear each latch. The clear function is independent of the latch-enable and the data inputs. The 3-state outputs, which include standard nOE (output enable) controls, allow for connection to a bus or data lines where multiple devices can share the same connection.
