Product Description

The CD74HCT273MG4 features eight edge-triggered D-type flip-flops with individual D inputs and Q outputs. The common clock (CP) and master reset (MR) inputs control all flip-flops. The flip-flops will store the state of their individual D-inputs that meet the setup and hold time requirements on the LOW-to-HIGH clock (CP) transition. A LOW on the MR input sets all flip-flops to the LOW state, regardless of the clock input or the D inputs conditions. This synchronous reset feature enables the system designer to quickly clear the entire register.

With a typical propagation delay of only 23 nanoseconds at 4.5V and the ability to operate over a wide range of supply voltages from 4.5V to 5.5V, this device is designed for use in high-speed and energy-efficient applications. The CD74HCT273MG4 operates in the industrial temperature range from -55°C to +125°C, making it suitable for demanding environments.
