The ES1AL is a fast recovery rectifier diode with a voltage rating of 50V and an average rectified current of 1A. It is designed for use in applications that require high-speed switching and low forward voltage drop. The diode has a forward voltage of 950mV @ a current of 1A and a reverse recovery time of 35ns. It has a reverse leakage current of 5µA @ a reverse voltage of 50V and a capacitance of 10pF @ a voltage of 4V and frequency of 1MHz. The ES1AL is surface mountable and comes in a SOD-123 package. It is manufactured by Taiwan Semiconductor and is an active product. It operates @ a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C and is not affected by REACH regulations.
