The Qorvo DW3120SR is an ultra-wideband (UWB) RF transceiver IC from the DW3000 family, designed for secure ranging, positioning, and angle-of-arrival applications. Based on the IEEE 802.15.4z standard, it supports UWB channels 5 and 9, data rates up to 6.8 Mbps, and location schemes including Two-Way Ranging, TDoA, and PDoA. With two antenna ports, low-power operation, and a compact WLCSP package, the device is suitable for asset tracking, access control, indoor positioning, IoT tags, and other precise location-based wireless applications.
