Product Specifications
The device features eight edge-triggered, D-type flip-flops with individual D inputs and O outputs. The common clock (CP) and master reset (MR) inputs load and reset all flip-flops simultaneously. When the clock input is at either the HIGH or LOW state, the D input signal has no effect at the output.
Its 3-state outputs (O0 to O7) are controlled by the output enable input (OE). When OE is LOW, the outputs are in the 2-state mode. However, when OE is HIGH, the outputs are in the high-impedance state, which is effectively off, allowing the outputs to interface directly with bus systems.
