Description

The DAC0801LCJ is a monolithic 8-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) featuring a full-scale settling time of 150 ns while dissipating only 33 mW with ±5V supplies. No external reference current is required for most applications and its logic inputs are compatible with TTL and CMOS logic levels.
