The Intersil HIN232ACB-T is a transceiver designed for RS232 protocol with full duplex functionality. The SMD (SMT) mounted transceiver comes in a 16-SOIC package and has two drivers and two receivers. The receiver hysteresis of the transceiver is 500mV and the data rate is 230kbps. The product has a supply voltage operating range of 4.5V to 5.5V and can operate within a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C.
