Additional Details
The CD54HC4049F operates over the full military temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. It is available in a flatpack package. The device is pin-compatible with the CD4049UB and offers significant performance improvements. The inputs are diode-clamped to both VCC and ground, preventing damage from electrostatic discharge (ESD). It offers greater noise margin than standard TTL logic families. It's designed for applications where high speed and low power consumption are crucial.
