Description

The MC14027BAL is a Dual J-K Master-Slave Flip-Flop manufactured by Freescale Semiconductor (now NXP). It's a monolithic complementary MOS (CMOS) integrated circuit. Each flip-flop has independent J, K, Set, Reset, and Clock inputs. Changes in output states occur on the positive clock transition. It's suitable for use in shift registers, counters, and control circuits.
