Additional Details:
The 74VHC74MX_NL consists of two independent D-type flip-flops with set and reset capabilities. Information at the D input is transferred to the Q output on the positive-going edge of the clock pulse. The Set (SD) and Reset (RD) inputs are asynchronous and operate independently of the clock input. When SD is LOW, the Q output goes HIGH. When RD is LOW, the Q output goes LOW. Simultaneous LOW levels on SD and RD make both Q and Q not HIGH. The device is available in a SOIC package, making it suitable for surface mount applications. It is also compatible with TTL logic levels when operating at a VCC of 5V.
