Description

The Dl05518B is a complete constant-current /constant voltage linear charger for single cellLithium-lon batteries. No external sense resistoris needed, and no blocking diode is required dueto the internal MOSFET architecture. Thermalfeedback regulates the charge current to limit thedie temperature during high power operation orhigh ambient temperature. The charge voltage isfixed at 4.2V, and the charge current can beprogrammed externally with a single resistor.
