The AS3921-BWLM is a highly integrated NFC Initiator / Target IC. It supports all three NFC forum polling modes and the NFC target mode. The device integrates a complete NFC frontend for passive peer to peer communication and NFC tag / smart card emulation. It also incorporates a low power wake-up circuit to trigger the host microcontroller upon detection of an NFC field.
