Description

The TC74VHC125FT(EK2) is a high-speed CMOS quad bus buffer gate with three-state outputs. This device is part of the Toshiba VHC (Very High-Speed CMOS) logic family, providing the speed of bipolar logic with the low power consumption of CMOS technology. It consists of four independent buffer gates, each with a three-state output control. When the output enable (OE) input is LOW, the buffer is enabled, and the output follows the input. When OE is HIGH, the output is in a high-impedance (off) state, allowing multiple devices to share a common bus.
