Description

The RS1M (also known as FR107 depending on the marking and manufacturer although FR107 usually has slightly different electrical characteristics) is a rectifier diode manufactured by Toshiba (and other manufacturers as well). It is a fast recovery rectifier diode designed for use in various general-purpose applications where efficient rectification and fast switching are required. It's often used where a standard rectifier diode might be too slow.
