EM356-RT is an EM356 series RF TXRX MCU device from Silicon Labs, categorized as an RF Transceiver IC / RF System-on-Chip. The device integrates an IEEE 802.15.4 RF transceiver, an ARM Cortex-M3 processor, 128 KB Flash, and 12 KB RAM, making it suitable for Zigbee and IEEE 802.15.4 wireless mesh networking applications. EM356-RT supports the EmberZNet PRO network stack and can be used as a Network Co-Processor (NCP) in wireless communication modules, embedded wireless devices, and low-power IoT node designs. The part is supplied in a QFN package and Tray packaging, supporting surface-mount assembly and component handling in volume production.
