Description

The ISL97671AIRZ is a LED driver integrated circuit from Renesas Electronics America. It is designed for backlight applications and operates with an input voltage range of 4.5V to 26.5V. The driver provides 6 outputs and has a current output of 50mA per channel. It includes an internal switch and operates in a step-up (boost) topology.
