TEF8232EN1/N1ZZ is an NXP TEF82xx series fully integrated 77 GHz RFCMOS automotive radar transceiver. The device integrates transmitters, receivers, ADC conversion, a phase rotator, and a low-phase-noise VCO, and is designed for short-, medium-, and long-range automotive radar applications. It supports fast chirp modulation and can be used with NXP S32R radar processors for radar sensing systems requiring scalable RF front-end integration.
