The Lite-On Inc. LTV-725V is a 1-channel optocoupler with a Darlington output and base. It has a minimum DC current transfer ratio of 1000% @ 1mA and a maximum DC current transfer ratio of 15000% @ 1mA. The optocoupler has a switching turn-on and turn-off time of - and a rise and fall time of 100μs and 20μs respectively. It has an isolation voltage of 5000Vrms and operates in a temperature range of -25°C to 100°C. The optocoupler comes in a 6-DIP package and has a channel output current of 150mA with a continuous forward current-max of 50mA. It is commonly used in isolator applications and is available in through-hole mounting.
