Description

The HIN232CBZ is a transceiver integrated circuit manufactured by Intersil. It is a full-duplex RS232 protocol transceiver that comes with two drivers and two receivers. The device is mounted on a SMD (SMT) and comes in a 16-SOIC package. The receiver hysteresis is 500mV, and the data rate is 120Kbps. The operating temperature range is 0°C to 70°C, and the supply voltage range is 4.5 V to 5.5 V.
