Description

The HMC426MS8 is a low noise divide-by-4 static divider utilizing SiGe technology in an 8-lead surface mount plastic package. The device operates from DC (with a square wave input) to 4.0 GHz input frequency while running from a single +3V supply at only 13 mA. Its low additive SSB phase noise of -146 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz offset enables excellent system noise performance.
