Description

The ULN2046A is a monolithic high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array from Allegro MicroSystems, LLC. It's designed for interfacing between low-level logic circuitry and higher-current or higher-voltage loads. This device consists of seven NPN Darlington pairs featuring high-voltage outputs with common-cathode suppression diodes for switching inductive loads.
