The SN74LV374ATRGYR, manufactured by Texas Instruments, is a high-performance, octal edge-triggered D-type flip-flop integrated circuit. When OE is high, the outputs are in a high-impedance state, effectively disconnecting them from the bus and allowing other devices to drive the bus without interference.

This device operates over a broad voltage range of 2V to 5.5V and offers a maximum clock frequency of 100MHz, providing the flexibility to be used in systems with varying power and speed requirements. The SN74LV374ATRGYR also supports the industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, ensuring reliable performance under extreme conditions.
