Description

The ES1FL is a fast recovery single diode rectifier designed for rectification applications. It has a voltage rating of 300 V and a current rating of 1 A. The forward voltage drop is 1.3 V @ a forward current of 1 A, and the reverse recovery time is 35 ns. With a current leakage of 5 μA @ 300 V and a capacitance of 8 pF @ 4V and 1MHz, the ES1FL ensures efficient and reliable operation. It is housed in a SOD-123 package, making it suitable for surface mount applications. The ES1FL operates in a temperature range from -55°C to 150°C, providing excellent performance in various environments.
