The SI1085-A-GMR is an RF Transceiver IC designed by Silicon Labs. It is a TxRx+MCU type device that operates in the frequency range of 283MHz to 350MHz, 425MHz to 525MHz, and 850MHz to 960MHz. The device features 8kB Flash memory, 768B RAM, and 15 GPIO. It supports multiple modulation techniques such as 4FSK, 4GFSK, FSK, GFSK, and OOK.
