Detailed Description

The MAX13052ASA+ is a dual-channel, 16-bit ADC with a maximum sample rate of 1 MSPS per channel. It features a single-ended input range from 0 V to 5 V and a differential input range of ±2.5 V. The MAX13052ASA+ has a built-in reference voltage and a programmable gain amplifier (PGA). The PGA can be programmed to gain values of 1, 2, 4, or 8.

The MAX13052ASA+ communicates with the host processor through an SPI interface. The SPI interface is used to configure the ADC and to read the conversion results.
