UCC23513BDWY is a single-channel, opto-compatible isolated gate driver for IGBTs, MOSFETs, and SiC MOSFETs, delivering 4.5 A source and 5.3 A sink peak current with 5.7 kVRMS reinforced isolation. It supports supply voltages up to 33 V for driving both low-side and high-side FETs. The device offers high CMTI, low propagation delay, and low pulse width distortion for precise switching control. Its e-diode input ensures excellent long-term reliability versus traditional optocouplers. Supplied in a stretched SO6 package (> 8.5 mm creepage), it is ideal for motor drives, solar inverters, industrial power supplies, and high-temperature applications.
